It is the vision of IHC Dredgers that dredging is an activity that is beneficial for the social development of mankind and the safeguarding of vital commodities, energy sources and the environment.

Consequently, our mission is to continuously provide our clients in the dredging world with outstanding vessels and equipment that enable them to dredge at the edge of their market, i.e. with the highest degree of efficiency, quality, saftey and sustainability, and to the lowest costs possible.

We therefore commit ourselves to the never-ending improvement of trailing suction hopper dredgers and self-propelling cutter suction dredgers and to the availability of a broad product spectrum that can satisfy the operational and financial requirements of any client, small or large.  A considerable part of the annual turnover is dedicated to Research & Development for the realisation of our mission.

The ambition of IHC Dredgers is, to remain the market leader in the area of superb and competitive dredging vessels and equipment - either constructed in Kinderdijk or elsewhere in the world. Great attention is given to the enduring relationship with, and the satisfaction of our clients and other stakeholders. This means that we are continuously looking for the optimisation of price, quality, delivery time, sustainability and maintainability of our vessels. In all our activities we aim at being good citizens in our environments.
